Playspace mover for vrchat
I thought of using the official OVRAS Discord, but it feels dead with unanswered questions from months ago. OpenVR Playspace Mover and Input Emulator used to be capable of spawning fake trackers so you could fly in VRChat, fooling the game that you had full body. I came back recently and can not find this working anymore. And since I don't remember how I even set the bindings in SteamVR. I played VRChat actively for a while and took a break. So the only thing I can think of is to have a Reset Playspace button to hopefully fix that issue when it occurs. Second thing, I'm really getting tired when in full body (in VRChat), that occasionally my legs and tail are in the air when I move around (as in the floor bounds aren't being reset properly). Fixing it in Blender is the only real solution. Trying to use playspace mover to fix it just makes it a different kind of broken instead. Now I believe it's bound to the same Quickmenu button as VRChat uses, but I have this set up for all SteamVR games. Normally its due to the models legs being too long compared to the rest of the body, adjusting your player height will visually fix it, but itll be massively off compared to reality. The overlay will let you pull up and use your PC monitor (s) or specific windows in the headset, and playspace move lets you map a button hold to drag yourself around. Infact it shows I'm using the default controller bindings. If you plan on running VRC through Steamvr, Id recommend getting an overlay app (I use XS Overlay) and something like OVR Advanced Settings for the playspace move feature. View and play photos and videos with your friends. I think it was to set up the bindings on the controllers, but I just took a look in SteamVR Dashboard (without putting the headset on) and I don't see anything pointing to this.
